Fit my Black & Decker BR400 Type 1 Belt Sander made 2003.
It appears to be identical to the broken belt of my 2003 Black & Decker BR400 Type 1 Belt Sander. I found a video where they put it on the larger pulley first and rotated the small pulley to install it but I did not have the strength to do it that way. This is how I installed it: 1. First I placed the belt on the small toothed pulley. 2. Next I placed the belt on the larger toothed pulley as much I could which was about halfway. 3. Finally I rotated with a lot of force the larger pulley with a 10 mm wrench on the hex that is part of the larger pulley.
